Care Instructions
Gently wipe with a soft, dry cloth after wearing. Avoid contact with water, perfume, lotions and cleaning products.
Put your earrings on after perfume and skincare have dried. Remove before showering, swimming, exercising or sleeping.
Store separately in a soft pouch or lined jewellery box. Handle the flower and pearl drop gently, avoiding pulling or bending the connector.

Orders placed before 2pm, Monday to Friday, are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2pm, at weekends or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
UK standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days after dispatch. European and international delivery times vary by destination, with estimates shown at checkout.

Returns & Refunds
If your purchase isn’t quite right, please contact hello@sheronik.com within 14 days of delivery to request a return. Eligible items must be unworn, unused and in their original packaging.
Return postage: Customers are responsible for return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service.
Earrings: For hygiene reasons, earrings supplied with a hygiene seal cannot be returned once the seal has been broken.
Personalised jewellery: Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty.
Refunds: Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
Faulty or incorrect items: Please email us with your order number and photographs so we can help resolve the issue.
